Cancellation Policy
I understand things happen,so please cancel 24hrs prior to appointment. After 24 hrs, 35% of the total service will be charged. No Call, No Show will be charged 100% of the total service.
Also, all clients more than 10 minutes late will be charged a $10 late fee. If you will be more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled. Thank you in advance everyone!
